Tonic Australia Heat Pillow - Heart

Our Flannel Heart Heat Pillow features a sweet heart pattern on the front and a cozy Australian wool and viscose back for extra warmth. Filled here in Australia with locally sourced Lavender and Barley, gently heat in the microwave for a moment of relaxation or to help ease symptoms associated with period cramps, body aches, muscle tension and pain.

Ingredients: Barley and Lavender

Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
