Shipping policy

 

We offer Australia wide shipping. Orders placed before midday (WST) will be processed the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We offer Free Standard shipping for all orders within Australia over $110. 

We offer Free Express shipping for all orders within Australia over $170.

We have a $12 standard shipping fee for all orders within Australia (excluding bulky items). Shipping times are typically 2-8 days depending on your location. 

We have a $17 express shipping fee for all orders within Australia (excluding bulky items). Shipping times are typically 1-4 days depending on your location.

Expect a delay of up to 3 days during the Christmas and New Years Period (December - January)

We endeavour to have your purchase packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Local Delivery

We can also offer local delivery in the 6018 Postcode for orders over $150. This includes and is limited to the following suburbs:

  • CHURCHLANDS, WA.

  • INNALOO, WA. 
  • KARRINYUP, WA.
  • WOODLANDS, WA. 

Local delivery excludes particular items which are for store pick-up only and are marked as such in their title.

Local deliveries will be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Please enter your mobile number in the 'Order special instructions' box in your cart or in your details at checkout so we can ensure someone is home to receive item/s. If you forgot to do this please call us on 08 9445 7513. If this is not completed your delivery may be delayed.

In Store Pick-Up

We offer in store collection! Please allow up to 24 hours for your purchase to be ready in store for collection. You will receive an email notification (please be sure to enter your email address at checkout) when your item is ready for collection.
